We have always been amazed with the French Mastiff. And when the opportunity came to own one, we were able to own and care for four beautiful puppies. We purchased one young adult male and three females from the famous kennel Tanakajd Szepe in Hungary.

When the ripe age to show "Ludwig" Tanakajd Szepe Ludwig came, we were so excited and anxious to let him join the different shows as any dog enthusiast would. He won a few breeds and group placements. And last August 2004, after Ludwig won the breed in an All-Breed Show, he suffered a heat stroke and passed away. We were really heart broken and our eyes were filled with anguish and amazement.

On September 3, 2004, "Maxwell" Beracah's Gift of Heaven was born. He is sired by Ludwig and Nikole.
